There are millions of Americans that suffer from arthritis. It's all around the world, actually, and there's no set cure for it. You can make sure to take proper vitamins, regularly exercise, and even spend a little time in the sun, but if you're going to get it, you'll more than likely get it.
But, what studies have shown is that you can maintain an arthritis diet to help aid the symptoms that you may suffer.
Before you start to criticize about how you have to have meat in your diet and you just can't live without... Think about the pain that you suffer because of your arthritis. Is meat really worth the pain and suffering, if you can otherwise life healthy without it?
Relieve Arthritis Symptoms with a Vegetarian Diet
There have been studies about a meatless diet, and after several months, the studies all show improvement in the symptoms of arthritis.
There are no 100% proven studies, but if becoming a vegetarian can help relieve 40% of people, that's better than none, and that's worth a try.
If it doesn't work for you, you can always resort back to eating meat.
