Exercises to Aid Osteoporosis

Osteoporosis can be managed, but you need to be careful. You can over-exercise your bones. If you have osteoporosis, or if your doctor has warned you of a decreasing bone density, you want to be careful.

There are exercises that you can consider light weight training exercises. You don't want to over-do it, which is why it is good to talk with your doctor when setting up an exercise routine.

It's ideal to exercise for at least 20 minutes three times a week. Considering the following exercises:

* Cycling
* Jogging
* Lunges
* Swimming
* Squats
* Walking
* Weight Lifting
