Herbal Remedies for Acne - Natural Acne Treatment
There are many natural treatments that involve different herbs that have been proven effective at clearing and preventing acne outbreaks.
* Neem is a great natural herb that comes in various products from soap, lotion, a pill supplement, and even an oil that can be used to help treat acne.
* Aloe vera
* Guggul
* Natural essences
* Natural roots
From the results that I've had and tried, Neem seems to be the best and most popular natural treatment for acne. I have ordered myself a bar of Neem soap with lavender, oatmeal, and other natural herbs and essence for clean and healthy skin.
Just remember that if you notice any irritation while using any product, stop using it before it gets worse. Let your skin relax for a few days to a week or so, and then try something else. You want to let the body get rid of the herbs that have been causing any irritation before trying another product. Not every natural remedy for acne works for everyone, so you may have to try a little searching first.
Neem has been pretty effective for most people though.
