Alicia Silverstone shed light to this weird way of feeding her young son. Basically, the method consists of chewing food and spitting it into a toddler's mouth.
Overall, the practice is shunned. We carry tons of viruses and bacteria in our mouths that babies aren't ready for.
Plus, it's nasty. Can you imagine someone chewing food and you then eating it. We aren't birds. Plus, how do you explain to the daycare teachers how your child likes to eat his PB&J sandwich?
