Bali Bomber Marries - Again

April 30th 2008 23:35

This smiling little turd Amrozi bin Nurhasyim plans to marry in jail within days. It will be his fourth marriage. Amrozi and his two fellow death-row bombers have been trying to delay their executions and this is just another ploy to this end. I thought they could'nt wait to go to heaven and martyrdom, it seems now they've changed their minds.

There was some suggestion yesterday Amrozi's latest bride might in fact be his first wife, Rahma, whom he divorced some time before the 2002 Kuta nightclub bombings that claimed 202 lives, including 88 Australians. "I heard a rumour he was going to return to his first wife, whom he had already divorced," news service Detik.com quoted a family member as saying.

Justice Ministry spokesman Akbar Hadi Prabowo confirmed there would be no official conjugal rights.

But Amrozi would probably be able to pay a guard somewhere between Rp50,000 ($6) and Rp100,000 ($12) for some time alone with his wife.

I get a picture of the four wives queued up waiting outside for a conjugal visit - the little shit has a veritable harem at his disposal.

When will he and his mates die?

Vegemite

April 30th 2008 00:19

Holy cow, forget about Tibet and arms to Zimbabwe - this is serious stuff. China has banned Aussies from taking Vegemite to the Olympics. The Chinese have introduced the ban to maximise revenue for local food producers.

Remember all those TV shows on Boder Patrol, Asians at the airport trying to bring in food from their own countries, unaware of what a devastating effect it could have on our fauna and flora? Well now it's on the other foot, how can we possibly live without our morning Vege?

The issue must be resolved because Australia has already sent a container ship of supplies to China, 100 days before the Opening Ceremony. It includes 2000 boxes of cereal, 5500, muesli bars, twist bars and more than 3000 "power" bars - high energy foods used by endurance athletes. Our team is planning a second shipment closer to the August Games, which includes Vegemite.

The Australian team is not expecting any resistance from the Chinese on a planned shipment of pharmaceuticals for our athletes. But it is not clear whether China will also ban athletes from bringing in individual supplies of food.

The Australian ban comes after American athletes caused a furore in China by boycotting local food. The US Olympic Committee plans to transport its own produce because of fears about China's public health and food standards.

Can't say I blame the Americans, our food cultures are so far apart. I wonder what the Chinese ate when they came to our Olympics in 2000. I bet we didn't stop them eating their favourites.

No Vegemite? It's like asking the Chinese to stop drinking tea - unthinkable!

Bullying in Primary Schools

April 29th 2008 00:19
I was surprised to learn about this case of bullying because it's my Primary School in Castle Hill, a leafy, quiet surburb of Sydney.

A Chinese family has taken its case to the Supreme Court after three brothers, 7, 9 and 10 were allegedly bullied with comments including "ching chong Chinaman" and teased them repeatedly saying they hated Asians and Asian restaurants should be bombed to make way for McDonalds and Kentucky Fried outlets". The oldest was threatened with a pair of scissors

Another Honour Killing in Basra

April 27th 2008 23:59
I won't stop posting articles like this until the bastard fathers stop murdering their daughters. Forty seven women died in honour killings last year in Basra.

When her father learned she had been seen speaking to a foreigner he rushed home and butchered her, strangling and stabbing her while screaming that he was "cleansing his honour". He was arrested, but Iraqi police took no action. His wife has since left him and is in hiding
